Room Registration Instructions

Please follow the steps below to complete your room registration:

Complete all required personal information on the registration form.

Select Your Room Type
Choose either a Private Room or a Shared Room.
If you are registering as a couple, please select Private Room, then choose Two Adults from the drop-down menu within your room selection.
If you choose a Shared Room, enter the name of the person you would like to room with in the “Requested Roommate” field on the registration form.
If no roommate is requested, room assignments will be made based on availability.

Select Your Meal Preferences
If you would like meals during your stay, select the meal(s) you would like to receive.
Choose all that apply (for example: Breakfast, Lunch, and/or Dinner).
If you do not wish to receive meals, leave the meal selections blank.
Review your registration to ensure all information is complete and accurate.
Submit your completed registration form.
