Flexible Dates

Registering for a room is easy! Please follow these steps:

1. Enter your information.
Enter your first name, last name, and email address, then click Continue.

2. Select your arrival and departure dates.
Choose the dates you would like to stay and click Continue.

3. Choose your room type.
You will see Twin Room and Queen Room options.

Twin Rooms: Most have 2 twin beds. A few also have a twin pull-out sofa, allowing up to 3 people.
Queen Rooms: Most have 1 queen bed. Some have an additional sleeping option, allowing up to 4 people.
We also have one ADA-accessible queen room.

When the form asks for “Adults in Room,” enter the total number of ADULTS who will be staying in the room.

If children under 18 will also be staying in the room, please enter their ages in the comment section of your registration.

This information helps us place your group in the appropriate room.

4. Enter each adult’s information.
After selecting your room, enter the information requested for everyone in your group.

5. Complete your personal information and meal selections.
Add your phone number, address, meal selections, and any special needs or requests.

6. Review your information and submit your request.
Complete the remaining steps and click Request Dates.

Please note: Your registration is an inquiry only. Your stay is not confirmed until Coury House responds and provides confirmation.
